Order processing times

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. During seasonal times, order processing may be delayed. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.

Shipping times

We ship from our warehouse located in Brampton, Ontario. We currently only ship within Canada with plans to expand to other countries in the future. Orders should arrive within 7-10 business days.

Shipping costs

Domestic shipping (within Canada) is $5 for orders of 1 or 2 packs. We are pleased to offer free shipping for orders of 3 or more packs.

Returns 

Due to the nature of our product, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once goods have left our facilities. If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us at info@imanahealth.com.
